I specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by a separation/divorce, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By utilizing CBT, DBT, and other strengths based approaches, I will help you understand and change your negative thought patterns and behaviors. You and I will work together to improve your confidence, resiliency, and provide effective proven strategies that will help you manage your life and move forward.

My focus is to help you build on your strengths and overcome those limiting beliefs and habits which have interfered with your ability to experience greater satisfaction in your life. You will confidently navigate through life’s challenges and be able to set meaningful life goals so you can feel happiness and a sense of hope about the future.
